The Techbilt Cos. has released the final 18 homes for sale at its Bernardo Santa Fe community at Lomas del Lago Estates in Escondido. Seventeen of the final homes are single-level. Floor plans range from 2,205 to 3,340 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices for the remaining homes range from the low $400,000s to the low $500,000s.
Pardee Homes will begin pre-leasing activities on Saturday at its 216-unit luxury Creekview Village apartments in Sabre Springs. Decorated models well be available for viewing. The complex is composed of eight-plex buildings where every apartment is a corner unit. Rents will start at $890 a month for a one-bedroom, one-bath unit, and $1,140 a month for a two-bedroom, two-bath floor plan.
McMillin Homes on Saturday will hold the grand opening and start of sales at its 140-home Brookhaven within the Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula. Models will be open for viewing for the first time.
The first phase released for sale includes 10 homes priced from the $190,000s. Three two-story floor plans range from 2,261 to 2,771 square feet with three to five bedrooms.
Ryland Homes reports 26 homes have been sold during the current preview sales period at its 157-home Camden Park townhome community at Aliso Viejo in southern Orange County. Prices range from the low $200,000s to the $240,000s. Four two-level floor plans range from 1,197 to 1,560 square feet with two and three bedrooms.
Barratt American reports 17 homes have been sold at its 44-home Olive Hill Ranch in Murrieta, and that the second phase has been launched. The second phase also includes the first two-story homes of 3,799 and 3,944 square feet. The six homes in the phase are priced from $489,990 to $537,767. Five floor plans range from 3,175 to 3,944 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
Ryland Homes announced it will build 118 homes at Wildomar to be called Ryland Ridge. Prices will be from the low $200,000s. A quartet of two-level floor plans will range from 2,592 to 3,459 square feet with three to seven bedrooms. The architect is Mark Cross. The lots will be approximately 7,200 square feet.
