Davidson Communities on Saturday will release the 16-home third phase of its Shelbourne at La Costa Valley in Carlsbad.
The homes will be priced from $535,900. Four Shelbourne floor plans range from 2,700 to 3,900 square feet with three to five bedrooms. The neighborhood is planned for 99 homes.
Ryland Homes reports 94 homes sold at its 134-home Monterey Collection neighborhood at Twin Oaks Valley Ranch in San Marcos. The developer also recently released the 11-home eighth phase. Prices at Monterey range from the $280,000s to the low $300,000s. One- and two-level floor plans range from 1,973 to 2,546 square feet with three to six bedrooms.
Davidson Communities at the end of September released 16 homes as the third phase at Cielo in Rancho Santa Fe. Prices range from the high $900,000s. Davidson is building 81 homes at Cielo. Six floor plans range from 3,700 to 6,200 square feet with four to six bedrooms.
Barratt American held a grand opening at the beginning of October at its Triple Crown neighborhood at Seabreeze Farms in Carmel Valley. Seventeen of Triple Crown's planned 46 homes were sold on the first weekend they were available. Prices range from the high $600,000s to the high $800,000s. Two-level floor plans range from 3,648 to 4,307 square feet with four to six bedrooms.
Fieldstone Communities released 11 homes at the beginning of October as the eighth phase of its Monterey Ridge at EastLake Trails in Chula Vista. Three floor plans range from 2,356 to 2,872 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices begin in the upper $200,000s.
Ryland Homes reports 118 homes sold at its Ryland Oasis retirement community in Menifee since the grand opening eight months ago. The community offers a trio of neighborhoods; Azores, Aegeans and Antilles.
