William Lyon Homes on Saturday will begin sales at Los Reyes in San Marcos, the fourth and final neighborhood at Rancho Dorado. The floor plans range from 3,575 to 4,088 square feet with four to six bedrooms.

The homebuilder has three other neighborhoods at Rancho Dorado, La Fuente, Monte Verde and Loma Real, priced from the low $300,000s to the low $400,000s.


Centex Homes on Saturday will release the 11-home phase 6B at its 115-home Lakeview neighborhood in Spring Valley. The release is priced from the high $200,000s to the upper $300,000s. Three two-story floor plans range from 2,500 to 2,900 square feet with three to five bedrooms.


Shea Homes San Diego on Saturday will release six townhomes as phase 3A of its Sycamore Ridge at Eastlake Trails in Chula Vista. The phase will be priced from the mid-$100,000s. Three one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,039 to 1,368 square feet with two and three bedrooms. Shea reports 33 townhomes have been sold out of 96 planned.


Centex Homes reports a sellout of the nine homes released as phase 1A of 63-home Seasons during the mid-November grand opening of the Sunbow neighborhood in Chula Vista. Another six have been sold from a subsequent nine-home release. Three floor plans range from 2,585 to 2,956 square feet with four and five bedrooms. Prices start in the high $200,000s.


Cornerstone Communities has released the 13-home, fourth phase of its Sagewood neighborhood at EastLake Trails in Chula Vista. The phase is priced from the $300,000s. Three floor plans range from 2,500 to 3,415 square feet.


Centex Homes reports 30 of a planned 55 homes have been sold at its Wildhorse neighborhood at Seabreeze Farms in Carmel Valley. The 55-home project opened during the summer. Three floor plans range from 3,163 to 3,770 square feet with three to six bedrooms.


Pardee Homes has sold 174 homes at its Promontory in the Del Mar Highlands, and three remain. The floor plans range from 3,438 to 4,015 square feet with four bedrooms. Prices range from $985,000 to $1,005,000.


Concordia Communities LLC reports 14 homes sold at its Pacific View Estates community out of 25 planned. Four floor plans range from 2,295 to 3,639 square feet with three to five bedrooms. Prices range from the mid-$400,000s to the high $500,000s.


Ryland Homes reports 10 sales in early November at its Rancho San Vicente in Ramona. Of a 241 homes planned, 173 have been sold with prices beginning in the $270,000s. Floor plans range from 2,011 to 2,455 square feet with three and four bedrooms.


Barratt American has five homes remaining for sale at its High Valley Estates in Poway. The homes are priced from the $850,000s to the low $900,000s. Floor plans range from 3,577 to 4,559 square feet with four to six baths.


Ryland Homes reports 62 sales at its Camden Park townhome community in Aliso Viejo. Available units are priced from the $220,000s. Four floor plans range from 1,197 to 1,560 square feet with two and three bedrooms.


McMillin Homes has released the final phase of eight homes at its Sunrise neighborhood at Temeku Hills Golf and Country Club in Temecula. Prices currently range from $205,990 to $268,990. Three one- and two-story floor plans range from 1,726 to 2,804 square feet with two to six bedrooms.


Ryland Homes reports 18 sales at its 78-home Sycamore Creek community in Temecula. Prices begin in the $170,000s. Two-story floor plans range from 1,855 to 2,060 square feet with three and four bedrooms.
