Recently, John Gomez was officially named by California Superior Court Judge Lee Edmon to the Plaintiff's Executive Committee of the California JCCP for GranuFlo, a product that is widely used in the dialysis industry. The product has been linked to sudden heart attacks and death.

One of Gomez Iagmin's corporate tenets is giving back to the community. Every member of the team gives back time, talent or treasure to numerous nonprofits. The firm's attorneys and staff walk for the March of Dimes, run for the Susan B. Komen Foundation or dance to raise money for Malashock, in addition to serving on numerous boards or organizing fundraisers for organizations including the San Diego Brain Injury Foundation, the San Diego La Raza Lawyers Association and the New Children's Museum.

Gomez Iagmin's 20,000 square feet of office space are located at 625 W. Broadway, Suite 1700 in the heart of San Diego.
