IntelliDOT Corp. signs $1.75 million lease at Legacy Sabre Springs

IntelliDOT Corp., a health care information technology company based in San Diego, has signed a five-year, $1.75 million lease for office space in Legacy Sabre Springs, a two-building, 281,830-square-foot Class A office project at 13500 and 13520 Evening Creek Drive North in the Interstate 15 corridor.

The lessor, Legacy Sabre Springs, was represented in the transaction by the CB Richard Ellis team of Jeb Bakke, Brent Wright and Bret Gossett. David Marino of The Irving Hughes Group represented IntelliDOT.

Introduced in 2003, the company's IntelliDOT system provides nurses and other clinicians with a wireless handheld device to improve patient safety, communicate with ancillary services and receive real-time information updates, from virtually any location in the hospital. Built on an innovative user interface, the system assists clinicians in documenting treatments without the need for traditional keyboards, computer screens and menus.

According to Susan Feiner, IntelliDOT's chief financial officer, the company will relocate from San Marcos, moving 25 employees into Suite 400 of the six-story Legacy Sabre Springs building at 13520 Evening Creek Drive North. The company's corporate headquarters will include product development, finance and administration, and sales and marketing. IntelliDOT is expected to take occupancy in its 12,051-square-foot offices in June.

"This new location provides our company with a quality first-class headquarters location and easy access for our North County employees who live along the I-15 corridor and in coastal neighborhoods when Highway 56 opens later this year."

IntelliDOT joins a growing tenant roster at Legacy Sabre Springs, which now includes Chase Automotive Finance, Intel (Nasdaq: INTC), Abbott Laboratories (NYSE: ABT), Bank of America's (NYSE: BAC) Consumer Real Estate Division, Pacific Republic Mortgage, Raymond J. Lucia Cos., Keller Williams Realty and marcus evans.
