Walls up on final pair in Mission Valley Heights business park

The walls have been tilted on the final two buildings in H.G. Fenton's 1-million-square-foot Mission Valley Heights business park.

Totaling 75,000 square feet, the two-story speculative buildings are at 7565 and 7575 Mission Valley Road, and are being offered for lease. Scheduled for completion in the fall, the reflective glass buildings feature ample surface parking, fiber-optics access, flexible floor plates, outdoor eating areas, optional grade level doors and ceiling heights designed to accommodate a variety of uses.

Leasing is being handled by Dick Balestri and Larry Jackel of CB Richard Ellis. The architect is Rod Wright of Sillman Wright Architects and the general contractor is Ledcor Petty.
