"Musings from Sacramento"
Start the morning off with Dr. Tony Quinn's "Political Musings from Sacramento." As a Capitol observer, Dr. Quinn will both entertain and impress you with his inside knowledge of the Sacramento scene.
Dr. Quinn is the author of "California Public Administration," published by the California Journal; "California's Political Geography," published by the Rose Institute at Claremont McKenna College; and "Carving Up California," a history of California redistricting from 1951 though 1984. He has also authored numerous articles on demographics and political trends, including "Growth Issues in California" for the California Department of Commerce, and "An Analysis of the 1990 California Census" for the Governor's Council on Growth Management.
