Sgveglia recently purchased her fourth Davidson home in Coda at The Crosby in Rancho Santa Fe. Previously she's owned Davidson homes at Blackhorse La Jolla and Amador and The Meadows Del Mar in Carmel Valley.
"I'm a groupie for Davidson Communities," said Sgveglia, comparing herself to an avid fan of the seminal 1970s rock band The Grateful Dead. "But instead of following musicians around from concert to concert, I trail Davidson around the county purchasing new homes in communities where the company builds."

Sgveglia is among a new breed of repeat home buyers who are showing amazing loyalty to certain builder brands, explained Cathie McGill, vice president of sales and marketing for Davidson Communities.
"We are seeing an increasing number of repeat Davidson buyers, who tell us that the unique features and elements in our homes reinforce their decision to purchase a Davidson home," McGill said. She noted such design elements as "groin vault" ceilings, custom iron light fixtures, and exclusive plumbing fixtures are popular Davidson trademarks among the growing ranks of repeat buyers.
At Coda at The Crosby alone, McGill said four out of the 16 buyers to date are current Davidson homeowners.
