Raye Scott & Francine Finn, friends for over 25 years, found that combining a long time friendship with the same values and drive was the perfect recipe for success in business. Approximately 3 ½ years ago they formed Scott Finn & Associates which is part of Prudential California Realty. Francine is quoted as saying "Everything just clicks for us in our business efforts. We are enough alike, and not alike, to be able to maximize all our clients needs. We have even been nicknamed the 'Dynamic Duo' by many of our contemporaries."

combined careers covering over 33 years, Scott and Finn have been through all the ups and downs of the real estate cycles. Their success has placed them consistently in the top 1% of the 50,000 sales associates with Prudential Realty nationwide.

Their business achievements have allowed them to be the recipients of Prudential California Realty’s highest sales award, The Chairman’s Diamond Circle. During 2004 they were featured in San Diego Magazine.

Both Raye and Francine chose San Diego after being raised on the East Coast. Raye is originally from New Jersey and graduated from Rutgers College. Francine is from Massachusetts and graduated from Burdett College and attended New York University.

In business no task or opportunity is overlooked in pursuit of maximizing the experience they feel their clients deserve. A favorite John Lennon quote of Scott and Finn is that "Life is what happens when you are busy making other plans."

We can never know for sure what the next day will unfold in our lives so why not make every moment count whether on a personal or professional level. Life is not about work and work is not about life. Being committed to the best of all worlds seems to keep life in balance.
