Construction of Techbilt Companies' newest commercial office project, Brookprinter Place, is well under way.
A crew works to tilt the walls at Brookprinter Place in Poway.
Located in the heart of the South Poway Business Park at 12700 Stowe Drive near Community Road, the two-story, 24,622-square-foot building is designed to accommodate office suites from 975 square feet to full floor suites of approximately 12,500 square feet.
Completion is scheduled for the third quarter of 2005.
Gary Williams, Ted Cuthbert and Elena Amble of Colliers International are handling the leasing. Asking rent for the new space is $1.95 per rentable square foot per month, with a $35 per usable square foot tenant improvement allowance.
Project architect is Kenneth D. Smith & Associates Inc. General contractor is Cornerstone Commercial Construction with Tom Brooks as president.
