Susan Lee Daly is a partner at Hecht Solberg Robinson Goldberg & Bagley LLP.

Daly specializes in representing developers of residential real estate developments. She has extensive experience in various types of subdivided lands projects in California and other states — condominiums, planned developments, standard subdivisions, mixed-use projects, mixed-use high rise projects, residential master planned communities, resort master planned communities, golf course communities and custom home developments.

She works regularly with builders and developers to obtain subdivision public reports from the California Department of Real Estate and approval of subdivision documents from local city and county planning departments.

Jon Epsten is the founding shareholder in the law firm of Epsten Grinnell & Howell, APC.

Epsten is a native San Diegan who graduated from the University of San Diego with honors and obtained his law degree from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, graduating with scholastic merit. For years, Jon acted as a community association manager.

He has attended more 1,500 association meetings. Epsten's work on behalf of community associations encompasses providing advice on all types of corporate matters including litigation, employment issues, interpretation and enforcement of governing documents, assessment collection, reconstruction issues.

Epsten has taught as an adjunct professor of law at California Western School of Law. He is past President of both the San Diego Chapter and the Greater Inland Empire Chapter of the Community Associations Institute, a judge pro tem for the Municipal Court of California, and has testified as an expert witness in community association-related issues.

Additionally, Epsten was a contributor to the Continuing Education of the Bar Publication "Advising California Condominium and Homeowner Associations." He is actively involved in the California Association of Community Managers (CACM), is currently a member of the Professional Standards Committee, and has been appointed to the CACM faculty. Rhonda J. Holmes graduated summa cum laude from the University of California, San Diego in 1986 with a bachelors degree in communications. She graduated from the University of San Diego School of Law with a juris doctor degree in 1991.

Holmes served as intern clerk to the Honorable John J. Hargrove, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Southern District of California in 1990.

After receiving her juris doctor, Holmes joined Cozen and O'Connor, handling plaintiffs' subrogation cases. Holmes joined Thorsnes, Bartolotta, McGuire & Padilla in 1993 practicing plaintiffs' business litigation and eminent domain litigation before forming her own firm in 1999.

Tim Konold became a partner at Higgs, Fletcher & Mack in 1978. He held the position of managing partner and/or chair of the firm for over 10 years.

Julie S. Mebane practices in the area of real estate law, with particular emphasis upon commercial real estate purchases, sales, loans and secured lending, commercial, industrial and office leases, and land use issues.

Mebane has related experience in compliance with mapping or other development conditions, financing, redevelopment projects, hazardous materials, easement concerns, property license agreements and construction disputes. She has represented a diverse base of clients, including large corporate developers, landlords and tenants, owners of smaller real estate portfolios, single-property investors and developers, and high-end residential buyers and sellers.

Ken Stipanov has wide experience in the area of commercial real property transactions. He has particular expertise in the acquisition, disposition, financing and leasing of neighborhood shopping centers, having been engaged in over $1 billion worth of such transactions in the last few years. He also has considerable experience representing landlords in leasing commercial, industrial and retail premises.
