Mission Valley Heights office park near closeout

H.G. Fenton Co. reports its 1 million-square-foot Mission Valley Heights business park is approaching closeout, with the project's final two buildings nearly completely leased. The buildings are located at 7577 and 7565 Mission Valley Road on the last lot to be developed in the park.

New Century Title will move this month into 16,603 square feet on the first floor of 7577 Mission Valley Road, and H.G. Fenton more than doubled its space by relocating to the 25,000-square-foot second floor of the same building. Fenton's former offices in the park at 7588 Metropolitan Drive and have already been leased to NIK Multimedia. NIK is expanding from 3,700 square feet to 12,000 square feet.

Ikon has relocated to the 15,575-square-foot first floor of the building at 7565 Mission Valley Road. The 17,600-square-foot second floor of this building is still available. Titan Systems has already leased the former 33,000-square-foot IKON facility at 7420 Metropolitan Drive, as an expansion.

The architect of the two final buildings was Rod Wright of Sillman Wright Architects and the general contractor was Ledcor Petty. Leasing has been handled by Dick Balestri and Larry Jackel of CB Richard Ellis.
