Construction begins on third phase of Class A office space in Sorrento Mesa

RREEF and Diversified Properties celebrated a June groundbreaking for Pacific Center III, a six-story, 145,000-square-foot Class A office building in Sorrento Mesa.

When completed, Pacific Center will comprise five office buildings totaling about 805,000 square feet.

The Pacific Center project features five office buildings, comprising approximately 805,000 square feet. Pacific Center I, a 10-story, 245,000-square-foot office building, and Pacific Center II, a six-story, 145,000-square-foot building, have been built and house businesses like Qualcomm, National Semiconductor, Samsung, ROHM Electronics, State Compensation Insurance and ZTE San Diego.

Phase III, which is scheduled for completion in the second quarter of 2006, will feature three office buildings, totaling approximately 535,000 rentable square feet.

Pacific Center IV, a six-story, 125,000-square-foot building, and Pacific Center V, a six-story, 145,000-square-foot building are in the planning stages and are expected to be delivered within 12 to 18 months.

Pacific Center amenities include a fitness center with showers and lockers. Also, several restaurants, hotels and retail are close to the project.
