With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Doug Lozier has emerged as a leader in his field.
Lozier focuses his efforts on countywide tenant demand analysis and tracking, exclusive client representation in acquisition and disposition, restructuring of corporate clients' existing lease agreements and the acquisition and disposition of facilities. A member of a dynamic five-person team in the San Diego Central office, Lozier has created a solid and growing client base.
Lozier specializes in corporate representation; corporate acquisition/disposition program; tenant representation for biotechnology, technology/R&D and scientific research companies; leasing and sale of corporate headquarters, biotech/laboratory, industrial, R&D buildings, and industrial & commercial land sales.
