The No. 1 sales professional in the office on multiple occasions, Sparks qualified for the Colbert Coldwell Circle award in 1997, 1998, 2000, 2001 and 2002. His transactions of over 21 million square feet and 2,300 acres have amassed a consideration exceeding $4 billion.

With nearly a decade of real estate experience, Doug Lozier has emerged as a leader in his field.

Lozier focuses his efforts on countywide tenant demand analysis and tracking, exclusive client representation in acquisition and disposition, restructuring of corporate clients' existing lease agreements and the acquisition and disposition of facilities. A member of a dynamic five-person team in the San Diego Central office, Lozier has created a solid and growing client base.

Lozier specializes in corporate representation; corporate acquisition/disposition program; tenant representation for biotechnology, technology/R&D and scientific research companies; leasing and sale of corporate headquarters, biotech/laboratory, industrial, R&D buildings, and industrial & commercial land sales.

Aggregate transaction experience: 476 transactions totaling $2.5 billion in consideration.

Lozier's achievements include: Real Estate Service Team of the Year, Southern California Region (2002); Real Estate Service Team of the Year, San Diego Region (1998, 1999, 2002).

He has a bachelor's degree in economics from San Diego State University.
