Faraday Spectrum office park to undergo tenant improvements

TSA Contracting has been awarded the contract for tenant improvements on a 5,000-square-foot office for Earth Support Systems in the new Faraday Spectrum office park on Faraday Avenue in Carlsbad.

The $400,000 project will provide new headquarters for the engineering design company relocating from San Marcos. Construction is anticipated to begin in April with a completion date of June 2006. Howard Sneed Architecture and Design is providing the design. TSA representatives include Luke Logan as superintendent, Randall LaRocco as senior project manager and Sandy Snyder as project coordinator.
