Kaiser Permanente TI completed in Mission Valley

Dowling Construction Inc. has completed tenant improvements for Kaiser Permanente's new sales office in Mission Valley at 8889 Rio San Diego Drive.

Designed by H2A Architects, the $195,700 project included new offices and reception area, and new flooring and finishes throughout.

Glenn Fricke represented the contractor as project manager and Marty Ludeman was the superintendent. Stu Merwin was the project manager for building owner Griffin Properties LLC. Subcontractors on the 9,000-square-foot project included Cass Plumbing, Don Ralston Drywall, Matzenauer Electric, Greater San Diego Air, B&B Acoustics, Buompensiero Wallcoverings, Eurown Custom Cabinets, California Tile, La Mesa Glass, Western Fire and Howard's Rug Co.
