BOMA San Diego announces 2006 board of directors

The San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) has announced the appointment of the 2006 Board of Directors.

Glenn Fibiger, RPA, of Landmark Asset Management Group will serve a second term as president. Fibiger previously served as BOMA's vice president and chair of the Strategic Long-Range Planning Committee.

Ray Magnussen of San Diego Services has been elected to a second term as vice president. Magnussen served as a member-at-large on the 2004 board of directors.

The new secretary is Rob Jones of Sentre Partners. Kim Morgan of PM Realty Group will serve as treasurer. Serving his sixth term as general counsel is Ted Kimball of the law firm Kimball, Tirey & St. John.

Brian Galligan of Kilroy Realty, Lisa Gualco, RPA, FMA, of PM Realty Group, Don Montell of San Diego Services and Jack Renshaw of New Way Landscape & Tree Services were elected as members-at-large.

Cybele Thompson, RPA, FMA, of PM Realty Group, who served two terms as president and is a past-president of BOMA Cal, was named immediate past president.
