Plating Shop and Metal Finishing Compliance Update

9:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. Sponsored by: County of San Diego and Sheffield Platers The County of San Diego Department of Environmental Health, Hazardous Materials Division (DEH-HMD) presents the third annual Compliance Seminar to assist plating shops, printed circuit board operations, and metal finishers with compliance of current laws and regulations. Updated information, and compliance assistance resources will be presented by a panel of local regulators. Local business representatives will provide the industry perspective and share their success stories in gaining compliance.

Topics will include: * New and upcoming regulatory requirements * How to stay in compliance * Most significant violations found and how to correct them * A business perspective from local plating shop owner
