Over the past 24 years, Kevin Mulhern has participated in the sale of more than 200 apartment properties valued in excess of $2 billion throughout Southern California, and has proven himself an expert in major and institutional multi-housing properties.
A consistently strong producer, Mulhern has ranked among the top five producers in the San Diego region six times and recently earned a No. 5 ranking of all investment/apartment specialists in the Western United States. In 2004, Kevin was the top producer in San Diego County for all specialties.
Mulhern is a senior member of the CB Richard Ellis Major Account Group (MAG), which focuses on institutional clients throughout the United States. During the last three years, he has been involved in the sale of more than $1 billion of multifamily transactions throughout San Diego County. One of 2004's most notable transactions was the sale of Acqua Vista located in downtown San Diego. This turnkey condominium property consisted of 382 units and sold for $106 million, or approximately $277,487 per unit.

After a six-year absence from the industry, Dixie Hall joined CB Richard Ellis as a first vice president in 2003.
Hall has teamed with Kevin Mulhern, Dick Schneider and Rachel Hemingway as a member of San Diego Apartment Advisors, a team dedicated exclusively to the San Diego multifamily market. San Diego Apartment Advisors practice focuses on institutional and private capital product throughout San Diego County and exceeded $645 million in sales in 2004.
Hall has been a leader in the San Diego apartment industry for 23 years. A graduate from San Diego State University, she started her real estate career at Coldwell Banker's Rancho Bernardo office in 1980. Hall spent 12 years as a top apartment broker at Colliers International before leaving to found AptBiz.com, an Internet-based company that she ran as CEO for four years. Hall also has extensive experience as an owner and operator of numerous apartment communities throughout San Diego County.
Hall is a licensed real estate broker with the state of California. She graduated summa cum laude with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice administration from San Diego State University.

Richard "Dick" Schneider is a 37-year veteran of commercial real estate specializing in the sale of multi-housing properties throughout San Diego County.
During his career, Schneider has facilitated the sale of multi-housing property exceeding $3 billion. Schneider has ranked No. 1 among CB Richard Ellis apartment sales professionals nationwide and has been a member of the prestigious Colbert Coldwell Circle numerous times. He has also ranked No. 1 in sales overall for the San Diego region.

Since starting at CB Richard Ellis in 2001, Rachel Hemingway has been involved in the sale of more than $1.6 billion of transactions throughout San Diego County, totaling over 8,300 apartment units and 276 acres of land.
For 2006 year to date, Hemingway has been involved in the sale of four transactions valued at over $211 million. In 2005 she was involved in the disposition of $303 million in total sales volume that exceeded 1,388 total units sold. One of 2005's most notable transactions was the sale of Evening Creek/Creek View located in the Sabre Springs area of San Diego. The combined 272-unit Class A luxury apartment communities sold for $71.48 million, representing the highest per unit ($262,794) ever sold in San Diego County (for 100+ unit conventional apartment transactions).
In addition to working on all aspects of the team's sales listings, Hemingway also spends time working with buyers to identify properties that work with their investment criteria.
Hemingway is a licensed real estate broker with the state of California. She received her bachelor's degree in political science/international relations from the University of California, San Diego.
