Beautiful new neighborhoods by California Cove, D.R. Horton and Richmond American Homes and a variety of new amenities are enriching the lifestyle at San Elijo Hills, North County's award-winning, ocean-view community located on the highest point of coastal North County.

California Cove is previewing Symphony at Montage and Masterpiece at Montage in the San Elijo Hills Visitor Center. The company plans to open models for both neighborhoods in early summer, with an on-site sales center opening this spring. These exclusive gated neighborhoods are planned to offer a total of eight floorplans with homes priced from the mid-$1 millions.

Palisades by D.R. Horton is one of five neighborhoods currently offered at San Elijo Hills, the award-winning master planned community in coastal North County.

D.R. Horton is presenting Palisades, an exclusive collection of 42 Old World-style homes on secluded cul-de-sacs that back up to canyons and bluffs. With 3,717 square feet to 4,237 square feet, Palisades offers the ultimate in spacious living with five bedrooms, an upstairs bonus room or loft, master bedroom retreat and four-and-one-half bathrooms. Prices for Palisades homes start in the mid-$800,000s.

Richmond American Homes features two neighborhoods of single-family homes.

Atherton features three stylish floor plans ranging from 3,386 square feet to 3,741 square feet and priced from the low-$800,000s. The homes include four to six bedrooms and up to four-and-a-half bathrooms. All plans include a bonus room.

Luminara features timeless architecture with floor plans ranging from 2,478 square feet to 2,708 square feet with three to five bedrooms and up to three-and-a-half bathrooms. Prices range from the low $600,000s.

San Elijo Hills is moving forward on a number of community milestones set for completion within the next 12 months. Construction is under way on a new environmentally friendly fire station, the 200-acre San Elijo Hills Regional Park and a road extension that will connect San Elijo Road to Twin Oaks Valley Road, enabling residents to reach San Marcos and CSU San Marcos in a matter of minutes.

San Elijo Hills Towncenter, which surrounds the nostalgic town square, is the heart of the community. The town center already includes an elementary school, a middle school, urban-style residences and the 19-acre San Elijo Hills Park and community center. When complete, the towncenter is designed to provide just about everything residents need on a daily basis -- schools and recreation, shopping, restaurants and community services.

To reach San Elijo Hills from the south, take I-5 to La Costa Boulevard and drive east. Turn left onto Rancho Santa Fe Road; turn right onto San Elijo Road and continue 2 miles to the center of town.
