For lawyers working at DiamondView Tower, traveling between the office and the courthouse will be as easy as picking up a phone. Diamond View Tower, located between Ninth and 10th streets and J and K avenues in San Diego's Ballpark District, offers a free shuttle service to tenants.
"Lawyers will no longer have to worry about driving to the courthouse, finding parking and remembering to bring change for the meters," said Jason Wood, vice-president of finance and leasing for Cisterra Partners, developer of DiamondView Tower. "All they need to do is call down to the shuttle service and request a ride to the courthouse, the airport or wherever they need to go."
DiamondView Tower's free shuttle service to and from key destinations in San Diego is available for all of its tenants. "The shuttle service makes it quick and easy for us to get around," said Matt Herron with Herron & Steele LLC, the first law firm to sign a lease with DiamondView. "This shuttle service eliminates the hassles of parking. It's a huge benefit."
Located just outside Petco Park's right field fence, downtown San Diego's newest Class A office building offers multiple amenities including views of Petco Park, the San Diego Bay, the Coronado Bridge, Balboa Park and many other local landmarks.
