The common corridor upgrades will include new paint, carpet with geometric inserts, 18-cell parabolic light fixtures, and art wall accent areas. The executive offices will feature new carpet and new wall base. Additionally, new HVAC zones will be added to the boardroom and the client services area to ensure high air quality.
