The forum is a fast paced and informative three-hour presentation that covers it all, from major mixed-use to micro-infill. Held each year at the Grace Chapel (formerly the Crest Theater), located at the corner of Freeman Street and Seagaze Drive, this classic well-preserved theater is perfectly suited for the big screen presentations that comprise the forum. The event is ticketed and includes a light lunch buffet and beverages. Guests to the forum are provided with a packet of presentation materials, maps and contact information for all the presenters. This year MainStreet plans to include opportunities for forum guests to tour some of downtown's most notable new residential addresses.

To cap off the event, a raffle drawing will be conducted that evening at the Sunset Market. The prize is a two-night stay at the new Wyndham Timeshare Resort.
