Amenities provide community atmosphere at McMillin Lomas Verdes

Boasting a newly installed 1,800-square-foot swim club, numerous interlinked community parks and top-notch schools, McMillin Lomas Verdes, a family-oriented community by The Corky McMillin Cos., provides the perfect setting for those looking to put down roots.

Treviana townhomes offer a fully equipped fitness center with LA Fitness equipment, a 75-foot lap pool and expanded spa. Adapted to meet the needs of growing young families, Treviana also offers parents the option of entertaining children at a playground designed to meet the needs of toddlers.

Mosaic's attached neighborhood features motor-court clusters, with homes offering 1,175 to 1,605 square feet with two or three bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths. Prices start in the high $200,000s.

Tapestry's detached condominiums offer 1,822 to 2,253 square feet and feature three or four bedrooms and 2 1/2 or 3 1/2 baths. Prices start in the low $400,000s.

Homeowners at Mosaic and Tapestry will enjoy their own private recreation center, which will consist of a resort-style swimming pool, Jacuzzi, furnished multi-purpose room, fitness center, playground and outdoor barbecue.
