Move-in-ready office suites up to 42,000 rentable square feet are now available at Legacy Wateridge. The two-building corporate office project is located on 9.54 acres at 10421 and 10431 Wateridge Circle within the Sorrento Mesa master-planned Wateridge Business Park in San Diego (92121).
"Legacy Wateridge offers one of the only large blocks of Class A spec suites in the county," said Chad Urie, a senior vice president at Colliers International and member of the leasing team representing project owner Legacy Partners.
"This allows the tenant to take immediate occupancy and acquire the superior amenities and campus-like environment of a corporate headquarters building while bypassing the time-consuming tenant improvement process," added Urie.
