Johnson & Jennings wins Woodbury contract

Johnson & Jennings General Contracting has been awarded a contract for the 27,000-square-foot build-out of Woodbury University, School of Architecture, at 2212 Main St. in San Diego.

The improvements will include new classrooms, a library, studio space, a model making shop, a computer lab and faculty offices.

Greg Dziewir is project manager for the contractor, with Norm Terterman as project superintendent. Steven Shupp of Cushman & Wakefield is project director for the job, with Rinehart Herbst providing architectural services and IR2 providing interior consultation.
