Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) has been named the exclusive listing broker for The Towers at Bressi Ranch, the 21-acre, master-planned commercial campus located within Bressi Ranch Corporate Center in Carlsbad, according to Bob Willingham, vice president and partner of Coldwell Banker Commercial.

Coldwell Banker Commercial's broker team includes Bob Willingham, Joe Crotty and Jim Karlovsky, who will handle the sales and leasing of the R&D/flex suites, office buildings and office suites; and Ron King, who will handle land for sale or build-to-suit.
