In conjunction with National Manufacturing Day on Oct. 3, the Riverside County Manufacturers and Exporters Association, South West Cluster will host on Wednesday, Oct. 1 a roundtable discussion titled “Creating Your Business Strategy for Long Term Sustainability.”
This discussion will be moderated by George Chamberlin, executive editor of The Daily Transcript. Chamberlin will engage the panelists in a discussion regarding the challenges facing manufacturing today.
The roundtable event will be held at the historical and newly renovated, Lake Elsinore Cultural Center located at 183 North Main Street, Lake Elsinore, CA, 92530.
At the conclusion of the roundtable discussion there will be break-out discussions on the following topics: Capital, Business Planning and Strategy, Customer Service, Product Marketing, Quality at the Source, and Human Resources. These break-out sessions will be led by some of the most knowledgeable people in these specific areas.
Last year’s event attracted an audience of more than 65 individuals, all of whom had nothing but positive comments.
In addition to the Oct. 1 event, the association will be having a plant tour of Temecula Precision on Oct. 14.
