The San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA) is bringing together leading experts and resources in the commercial real estate industry at its second annual BOMA Expo on Dec. 13, 2011.
The BOMA Expo will showcase the latest in current trends, products and services, and best practices in the commercial real estate industry. Attendees are invited to discover solutions to manage properties more efficiently, reduce operating expenses, save energy, find green solutions and more.
The expo also funds the BOMA Principal Membership Scholarship. Property managers interested in joining BOMA San Diego but are unable to do so due to financial restrictions can apply for a membership scholarship by submitting an application on bomasd.org.
The expo and networking luncheon begins at 11:30 a.m. and will take place at the La Jolla Marriott, located at 4240 La Jolla Village Drive, La Jolla, CA 92037. The expo and luncheon is $45 for BOMA members, $55 for first-time future-members and $85 for returning future-members with advance reservation.
