At its final regular meeting of 2013, the San Diego chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association held its annual elections for its board of directors.
Four directors were up for re-election, including Earl Restine Jr. of Fuller Electric, Tim Dudek of Saturn Electric, Brian Hudak of HMT Electric and Pete Spencer of Audio Associates. All four were re-elected to remain on the board. A vote was also held to fill the spot held by Mike Degener of Morrow Meadows, who a month earlier had resigned his post. Craig Earley, also of Morrow Meadows, was voted into his spot.
NECA San Diego’s board is comprised of 11 voting members and four emeritus members. The association’s executive committee -- including Dudek, the board vice president; Restine, the board governor; Treasurer Bob Davies and President Tim McBride -- chose to hold its executive appointment elections on Dec. 4.
