Torrey Pines Court (Under 100,000 Square Feet Category) and Kilroy Santa Fe Summit (Corporate Facility Category) are the Pacific Southwest regional winners of “The Outstanding Building of the Year” (TOBY) Award presented by the San Diego Building Owners & Managers Association.

The TOBY Awards are the most prestigious and comprehensive award of its kind in the commercial real estate industry, recognizing quality in office buildings and rewarding excellence in office building management. The regional TOBY winners from San Diego were honored on the Pacific Southwest Regional level for excellence in office building management and operations in specific categories of building size or type. The properties will now advance to the International TOBY Awards competition which will be held in Seattle in June.

“Torrey Pines Court and Kilroy Santa Fe Summit are exceptional buildings in San Diego,” said BOMA San Diego President Mike Hansen, also of CBRE. “The property management teams should be applauded for commitment to customer service and creating exemplary work environments for their tenants. To have not one, but two, regional winners represent San Diego at the upcoming BOMA International Convention in Seattle is an amazing accomplishment.”
