Many residents from Murrieta and Temecula leave the Twin Cities each day to commute to jobs in San Diego, Orange County or downtown Los Angeles. Many of these same individuals are also “burning the midnight oil” in their garages or other spaces, cultivating startup companies with the hope of great success. The leadership of Temecula wants to provide opportunities and resources to foster such success and determined one way to do this is to create business incubator programs. These programs are designed to create infrastructure that delivers support to entrepreneurs, and are based on programs that has proven successful throughout the country.
