Related Special Reports

Southwest Healthcare System’s Rancho Springs Medical Center in Murrieta continues to grow to meet the needs of the surrounding communities. As you drive up to the facility, the large expanded hospital building with ample parking and immediate access to services makes a striking impression. But it is what is on the inside that counts. The spacious, ultra-modern entrance and waiting areas welcome patients and family alike. Tall ceilings create a comfortable feel that adds to the overall sense of spaciousness.

Rancho Springs features the largest birthing center in the entire region. Comfort and cleanliness are the essential components, but the environment exudes care and compassion. The center features beautiful and spacious private rooms which are family-friendly. Included are 24 private postpartum rooms, 17 extra–large private labor and delivery rooms, triage rooms, post anesthesia care units (PACU) and two Cesarean section operating rooms. In addition, the final stages of the development of a new Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) are being formulated so that a critically important service will be available to those infants that need specialized care.

Rancho Springs Medical Center is a 120 bed acute care hospitals which serves the greater Southwest Riverside County and North San Diego County areas. Services include: 24-hour emergency services, radiology, surgery, total joint replacement, women’s continence program, birthing center, wound care and more.
