July 9: TVE2 Pitch Practice (11:30 a.m. -1 p.m.) -- This event is a networking event for tech startups/entrepreneurs and includes a Pitch Practice at noon for all who are interested. July 10: IESBDC Seminar: Advanced QuickBooks (9 a.m. - 12 p.m.) -- This seminar was designed to build upon the QuickBooks for Beginners seminar. This workshop will discuss: creating & setting a QuickBooks Company, working with lists, working with bank accounts, entering and paying bills, and much more! There will be no charge for this event. July 11: TVCC Professional Development Series: Gmail and Google Calendar (9 - 11 a.m.) -- This seminar is free for TVCC members and $20 each for non-members. To RSVP or for more information, please call 951-676-5090.

July 15: Tri-Tech SBDC: Power Up Your Pinterest! (9 -11 a.m.) -- Presented by Liz Harsch of Tailor-Made Advertising, this introductory session covers strategies and the best practices to get the most out of your social media activities. Topics include what social media marketing really is and how to use it, which social media channels are right for you and your company, and how Pinterest has become the number one direct response social media platform to date. July 24: SCORE: Encore Entrepreneurs 50+: Turning Your Ideas Into Reality (9 - 11 a.m.) -- Have you ever wondered how to leverage your career experience to become a job creator? Are you among the 63% of Americans who plan to work during retirement? If so, then join SBA, AARP, and Inland Empire SCORE for an event designed to give you real world, actionable information so you can pursue entrepreneurship and self-employment. July 24: Tri-Tech SBDC: Business Success Strategies (5:30 -7 p.m.) -- Please join us as Mr. Cachat shares with us his story of success and how he has led his team to embrace a series of Core Values. Jenson USA is an on and offline bicycle retailer inspiring people to ride with 70+ employees and $30 million in annual revenue. Mr. Cachat was the recipient of the 2009 Spirit of the Entrepreneur award from the Inland Empire Center for Entrepreneurship. There is no cost to attend, but pre-registration is required.
