This workshop challenges the participant how the word NO is not such a bad thing in both the sales approach and saying 'no' to overwhelming commitments. Oct. 21: Public Speaking, 9-10:30 a.m., Diane Strand from JDS Video & Media Productions / JDS Actors Studio will be presenting the art of public speaking.
