"There's nothing I can't get done, for the most part, if it's a good deal," Przybylek said. "With a lot of these loans, the private-money side comes in when people are in the middle of a property purchase. Two weeks into it, the bank says, ‘We're not going to do it.'
"I had so many clients in situations where getting a conventional loan wasn't an option. I wanted to be able to assist them regardless of their situation and what type of loan they needed."
