San Diego County law firms maintain a competitive edge by attracting top attorneys as well as grooming outstanding young talent. In this special publication, The Daily Transcript recognizes the San Diego legal community’s up and coming stars with the fourth annual Young Attorneys honor.
These attorneys work for large, national firms, specialized boutiques, nonprofits and the justice system. Many are associates, and some have made partner. A few have even opened offices of their own.
Each of the 46 finalists has demonstrated common characteristics; they are hard working and detail-oriented, knowledgeable and enthusiastic, ethical and professional, and committed to furthering the interests of justice in society.
New attorneys with seven years of experience or less practicing law in private, public, contracts or federal patent practice were nominated by their peers and mentors, who answered the call to single out rising talent in San Diego County's courtrooms and legal hallways. They were judged by an independent panel of legal experts.
Keep your eyes on today's Young Attorneys -- these honorees could very well be the Top Attorneys of tomorrow.
