Morrow-Meadows holds a B and C-10 contractor’s license and is proud to be the employer of approximately 1,750 workers. The company is also a certified Woman Business Enterprise and active in the minority and woman-owned business community.
The seven-story, 565,000-square-foot main hospital building will offer 321 beds. The hospital grounds includes a 1,400-space parking structure with a photo-voltaic system, wrap around healing garden and gourmet cafeteria. The seven-story building will feature sophisticated technology in telehealth, digital way-finding, clinical informatics and communication. The hospital will be the first hospital in California to earn the LEED Gold Healthcare hospital certification.
Also part of the complex will be a separate 38,000-square-foot energy center, and a two-story, 55,000-square-foot support building.
There is no secret to the company’s success, simply an unwavering commitment to customer service combined with the resources and diversity to provide every electrical need. Morrow-Meadows’ divisions include departments that specialize in data communications, energy services, 24-hour service calls, lighting maintenance, programmable controls, and of course the large commercial and industrial projects for which it is so well known. There is a simple explanation for the phenomenal growth and longevity that Morrow-Meadows enjoys: since its inception, the company has based its entire operating strategy on one basic principle: treat people fairly.
Non-traditional project delivery methods such as design-build, design-assist, cost-plus guaranteed price and open-book estimates are commonplace at Morrow-Meadows. Not content with limiting itself to a "one size fits all" strategy for project participation, the company’s project development specialists work with clients to develop the right solution for each project.
