With the information and experience our country has learned from the wars in Iraq and Afghanistan, our nation has come to a greater degree of understanding regarding the challenges faced by our military personnel as they return home from deployment and prepare their transition to the civilian work force. Increased incidence of unemployment, underemployment and collateral issues indicate that we are somehow failing those individuals who have served our nation with such great fidelity.
