Anametrix, a San Diego-based business data collector, analyzer and provider, has introduced its new plug-in for Microsoft Excel.
The company said in a release that the plug-in, named the Anametrix Plug-in for Microsoft Excel, embeds new marketing analytics capabilities directly into the Excel user interface.
Anametrix users, the company added, will be able to more easily create, refresh, upload and schedule reports from multichannel marketing data using the new product.
By increasing visibility into multichannel marketing data, the company said, the plug-in will help marketers demonstrate and increase their return on marketing investment by improving campaign effectiveness, lowering customer acquisition costs, expanding lifetime value and uncovering new revenue opportunities.
"We know marketers use Excel, so, rather than trying to force customers to use only the Anametrix interface, our new Anametrix Plug-in for Excel delivers bi-directional data access between Anametrix and Excel," Pelin Thorogood, CEO of Anametrix, said of the product release.
The plug-in is cloud-based, and its pricing is based on the number of data sources being connected, with pricing plans including unlimited users. Anmetrix said the new plug-in is included at no additional fee to clients.
