Heavy military spending helped San Diego ride through the recession, but sequestration could cause that sector to start sinking and drag down the rest of the economy with it, two economists said.
Local home sales increased in May from April, and median prices continued to rise, according to the latest housing statistics from the Greater San Diego Association of Realtors.
