Joni C. Delucchi is a litigation paralegal with a full caseload supporting Morrison & Foerster's Product Liability Group.
As paralegal supervisor in the San Diego office, Delucchi supervises 14 paralegals from all groups, coordinating work flow, preparing evaluations, assisting with staffing and hiring decisions, providing counseling and mentoring on work-related issues, facilitating training and improvements in the paralegal program, and supervising the assignment and maintenance of case rooms.
Delucchi is also a member of the San Diego Office Management Team and interacts as liaison between IT, human resources, office services, accounting and records departments. She also assists in the preparation of the annual budget, and reports to the director of administration and the firmwide paralegal manager.
In 1997, Delucchi received a pro bono award for devoting more than 100 hours on one matter, from commencement through trial. Her pro bono work continues, though at a reduced amount due to other responsibilities.
