Debbie Turner has more than 19 years' experience as a paralegal, primarily in the plaintiff's personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice and wrongful death areas. She has extensive practice in civil litigation and trial preparation, and is also responsible for training new paralegals.
Turner's knowledge of the law, compassion and dedication to clients make her an asset to The McClellan Law Firm, where she serves as a senior paralegal. She communicates effectively with clients, medical professionals, claims representatives, experts and other legal staff. She works with clients on all matters, from discovery responses to case status.
Turner previously worked for The Law Offices of Ian L. Mattoch in Hawaii as a case manager/litigation paralegal. The firm handled plaintiff's personal injury claims involving significant injuries or death. Before that she was with Kerrigan, Estess, Rankin & McLeod in Pensacola, Fla., working on products liability, slip and fall and motor vehicle accident cases. She also worked as a paralegal specialist for the state of Florida - Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services.
Turner has participated in various activities to benefit such organizations as Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, Special Olympics, Multiple Sclerosis and Challenged Athletes Foundation.
