Jennifer Weidinger is a paralegal with a diverse background. Having recently joined the law firm of Pettit Kohn Ingrassia & Lutz PC, she already manages close to 90 percent of all paralegal activities for the 15-attorney firm. She is noted for her ability to maintain focus, communication and leadership skills, strong public speaking, negotiation experience and project management.
Current responsibilities include drafting pleadings, discovery and legal correspondence for civil litigation purposes and under court deadlines; supporting counsel during trial preparation, pre-trial motions and trial while maintaining all client files; and interacting and communicating with clients, counsel, insurance companies and third parties.
Weidinger earned her bachelor's degree in history from Sonoma State University. She obtained a paralegal certificate from the University of San Diego.
Prior to joining PKIL, Weidinger worked as a project coordinator for Americorps. There she worked with students with learning disabilities and English Second Language students, and gained experience in conflict resolution, and faculty and parental communication. She also interned with Lincoln, Gustafson & Cercos and the Sonoma County Department of Economic Development.
Her community service includes organizations such as Join Us in Making Progress, Bodega Bay Beach Restoration, Sebastapol Lagoon Restoration and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
