Marina Field is the office administrator for Troutman Sanders’ San Diego office.  She is responsible for the general management of the office, which includes overseeing human resources, budgeting, facilities, marketing, recruiting and information systems.  Field is also an adjunct professor at Southwestern College, where she teaches law office management.

Field received her bachelor’s degree in behavioral science. She currently serves on the board of directors for the Association of Legal Administrators, San Diego Chapter as vice president and has served on various committees and board positions in the organization since 2002. Field is active in the community and currently assists with the Children at Risk Committee, a committee of the San Diego Bar Association.
