Cindy Winters is the office manager for the San Diego office of Fish & Richardson PC. She is responsible for the local office administration in the areas of staff hiring, records, accounting, facilities, office equipment and selected firm-wide initiatives.

Winters has been with Fish & Richardson since 1999.

She has more than 25 years of legal office management experience working for the firms of Brobeck Phleger & Harrison, Baker & McKenzie, Lewis D’Amato Brisbois & Bisgaard and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton. Her prior experience also includes serving in various management positions at Pacific Bell.

Winters is a member of the Association of Legal Administrators and the Society for Human Resources. She completed the Human Resource and Leadership and Management programs at the University of California, San Diego. She also has earned various professional management and technical certificates from Western Electric Schools, Pacific Bell and Bell Labs.
