The Fermanian School of Business educates students broadly in preparation for multiple careers and a wide variety of jobs. The Master of Business Administration degree is an advanced academic degree that builds on the MBA's undergraduate program and professional experience that is offered at a convenient commuter location at our spacious facility in Mission Valley in an evening program for San Diego area working professionals. It is a fully accredited (WASC and ACBSP) rigorous academic program with a total of 42 units which includes business basics, core, and elective courses suited to his or her professional needs. The academic strength of the program is enhanced with a formidable array of professional opportunities including Executive Development Events, the Entrepreneur Enrichment Program, field trips and guest lectures, all designed to fully prepare the next generation of business leaders.
There are three MBA tracks available to fit the professional needs of the student including the MBA/Corporate, MBA/Organizational Leadership, and MBA (General). All courses are taught by members of the Fermanian School of Business faculty with a typical class size of 20 students or less.

The Armenian Center for International Development exists to apply life-affirming business principles to the complex challenges of global poverty. At the forefront of the global wave of social entrepreneurship and micro-finance, The Center for International Development places a particular focus on areas of economic and social development. The Center is founded on the ideals of sound business principles and practices to promote economic freedom for people in poverty and is headquartered at the undergraduate PLNU campus in San Diego.
Also offered through the Armenian Center is a direct connection to development projects in Mexico and the Central Asian nation of Armenia. These countries offer a great laboratory for college students to explore ways to utilize the best business skills and ideas to address the deepest challenges of poverty around the world, and additional sites around the world are currently under consideration for projects of a wide variety of interests.
