Welcome to the Executive Profiles section of Point Loma Nazarene University's Master of Business Administration program. Featuring current graduates of the MBA as well as the members of the faculty, the intention is to provide the San Diego business community a convenient connecting point to the high quality individuals involved in the Point Loma Nazarene University MBA. As members of the Fermanian School of Business at PLNU, over 500 students are currently pursuing either undergraduate or graduate business degrees in both day and evening classes.

Ms. Donella Villena-Rosete is a Senior Business Analyst at Sempra Energy, a Fortune 500 energy services company, specializing in developing energy infrastructure, the operation of utilities, and providing energy related products and services to more than 29 million consumers worldwide.
She currently is the System Administrator to the Hyperion Financial Management application, working closely on Planning and Financial Reporting with multiple accounting departments and financial reporting units for the Parent and all Sempra Subsidiaries.
Prior to joining Sempra Energy, Villena-Rosete worked as a Financial/Treasury Analyst for Imperial Capital Bancorp in La Jolla, California, where she supported Corporate level executives with her knowledge and expertise on financial reporting systems and planning.
Villena-Rosete holds a dual B.A in Economics and Finance from the University of California, Riverside and a MBA from Point Loma Nazarene University. She is a member of the Association for Financial Professionals and also is a supporter and past member of the PASACAT Philippine Performing Arts Company.
