Kendra Bogle has been a legal secretary and paralegal for eight years in general practice, litigation, estate planning, wills, trusts, medical planning, probate and estates, estate and gift taxation, office management and client relations. She received the Metropolitan’s “Who’s Who” Award for Outstanding Paralegal Achievement in 2007.
Bogle’s responsibilities at DLA Piper include: interviewing and meeting with clients, office management, client relations, preparation and witnessing the execution of wills, trusts, health care proxies and power of attorney; preparation of petition for probate and/or administration together with all supporting documents; general administration of estates; preparation of agreements and documents for corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies; preparation of deeds and all supporting documents relating to real estate transfers.
Bogle received her bachelor’s degree in communication studies from Loyola Marymount University in 2001, and graduated from the University of California, San Diego’s ABA-approved Professional Paralegal Certificate Program in 2005.
