Alla Kagan is a senior corporate paralegal with more than 14 years of experience working at law firms. Currently with Goodwin Procter LLP, Kagan’s expertise includes business entity formation, closing coordination, assistance with corporate finance and governance, mergers and acquisitions and public offerings. Kagan provides paralegal services to a variety of leading clients, including public and private companies involved in biotechnology, medical devices and diagnostics and software.

She is fluent in Russian and Belorussian and is actively involved in fundraising activities for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.

Kagan completed the University of San Diego’s Legal Assistant Program in 1992 and received her bachelor’s degree from Mogilev Technologies Institute, USSR, in 1983.
